According to me, that is. I have had my fair share of Bibimbap in Damansara Uptown here, here, here, here and here.
It was served in a heated stone bowl and I could hear the rice sizzling! Three banchans came with it - kimchi, mashed potatoes and pickled cucumber.
This time I requested extra gochujang sauce which was served on the side. It came with the same set of banchan.
There was also some minced pork too. The vegetables were grated carrots, shitake mushrooms, sliced cucumbers and cabbage.
The extra gochujang sauce might have been a little bit too much (but I appreciated the generosity) and it was stirred into my delicious bowl of Bibimbap.
They serve coffee here which is always good in my books. Desserts too! Maybe I will visit, we'll see.
Ah, I like to eat bibimbap too because of the many ingredients in one bowl. Yummy ๐๐คค
ReplyDeleteIt's like a Korean poke bowl :D
DeleteBeen a while since I last had Korean food. Have been eating more Japanese, Thai and Chinese food recently.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to enjoy many types of cuisine.
DeleteHa, I thought that empty stone bowl was a clean new one! Ah...An Udon restaurant, the price is much more reasonable if compared with the one I had at 1 Mont Kiara on last Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of udon but I won't mind trying this new place at least once.
DeleteCarbo meal....bowl licked clean! ;) Since it's the best bimbibap for you, I'm expecting more visits in the future?
ReplyDeletehee..hee.. Yes, when I want bibimbap, I will be back!
