Yesterday I was thinking about roast duck. So I planned to revisit Twins Signature Roast Duck and get me a quarter duck for lunch.

A Carnivore Again

That's it. No more messing around. I am back on track with the carnivore diet. I started Saturday and Sunday I picked up some beef from Aeon. I told my partner that I am going to "chiak goobak" (eat beef).

A Relaxing Saturday

Last Saturday my mood lifted up a bit after visiting my parents. Although dad looked frail, he was in good spirits and the fact that he was back home was a relief to him and all of us.
