Do you think this is ridiculous? Grating cauliflower into small bits and pretending it is rice? Fake rice. At least it is safe and edible unlike the plastic fake rice that has been making it's rounds on social media recently.

Lunch at Iku Yama Uptown
I was in a moodless mood last Sunday. No mood to bake, no mood to cook , no mood to blog and no mood to anything. To top it off I was having some problems with my internet connection due to some malfunction in my homeplug. After quite a struggle with the cables and relocating the device, I managed to get my connection. It was very upsetting. Hmmph!

Roasted Broccoli with Bacon
Ever since I tried Broccoli Bagna Cauda I am very fond of roasted broccoli. To me, roasting is an easier way to cook broccoli compared to stir frying. I mean, I still love my broccoli stir fry but this is my preferred cooking method now.

I was thinking, if there is such a thing as Alcoholics Anonymous, there should be a Compulsive Eaters Anonymous. And indeed there is! hah..hah.. In the UK you have Overeaters Annonymous and in New York you've got the Overeaters Anonymous for New York City. But what about Malaysia? Do we have a Malaysian chapter? Should I start one? muahahahaha!!!

Egg White Layer Cake
I am always amazed how anyone has the patience to bake a layer cake. A well known layer cake would be the Indonesian Kueh Lapis or better know as Kek Lapis Legit. Nope, I am never going to bake a layer cake.

Yogurt Jelly Strawberry Cheesecake

My original post title was supposed to be "Overnight Oats.....Yarrrrckkkkss!!!". I mean, seriously, oats. Raw oats. Soaked in liquid. Until they bloat and become soggy. How could that be palatable?
