Yesterday I went for a movie - Oppenheimer. Before the movie, I went to get lunch and eat until I was so full that I won't think about popcorn hah...hah....

This eat happened February 2023. At the time, I was still steady on carnivore and from time to time I allowed myself "normal" food ie foods that contain carbohydrates.

Feeling Good

Today I feel good. When I got into the office this morning, my brain was going ding! ding! ding! And I was going about my work like Speedy Gonzalez.

Scary Soup Again

I prepped lunch again today and I was very sure that I won't be hungry this morning. Last night I had a big serving of air fried fatty beef trimmings.

I actually brought lunch to work (Sunday's leftovers plus three eggs I fried this morning) but I got hungry mid-morning. Tsk..tsk..tsk...

Today I was at home and took the opportunity to do some gardening. My garden is basically a mini jungle and all these years, I never improve.

Yesterday I did not bring lunch to work. So I had to eat out. These days, to stay carnivore, I only have two go-to places which are Twins Signature Roast Duck and Ding Xiang Sang Nyuk Noodles.

My New Toy

Sunday's lunch was cooked using my new toy - the Ninja Foodi Air Grill (AG301) (check it out here). I was very attracted to this indoor grill because I love grilled meat.

Gerobak Sate Via Grabfood
