I got tired of eating noodles, meatballs, fishballs and fish head. Hah! So it's time for a change of noms. Yes, I have been on carbo freefall lately and I am now a hefty 10 lbs heavier. Who cares.

Balls For Lunch

Zucchini and Corn Fritters
I love fritters. Do you? The first fritters I ate was my late grandma's cucur udang (which she calls "genang udang") and subsequently I forgot all about fritters until an aunt's Indonesian maid served freshly fried vegetable fritters during a visit some years ago.

Banana Gula Melaka Cotton Cake
After baking Pandan Cotton Cake, I had 120ml of coconut milk left. I did not have any other use for the coconut milk and not wanting it to go to waste, I baked another cake.

Nutella Swirl Banana Chiffon Cake
