Taco Salad
As I have mentioned in this post, I found a delicious salad which is Taco Salad. I guess it's called a Taco Salad because the ingredients used are what usually goes into a taco.

Catalina Salad Dressing
You know, I got tired of eating salad. Really. I stopped making and eating salads. It was getting boring with the same old French dressing that I usually use. The vegetables were getting boring too.

Broccoli Salad
I love broccoli and I always mess up the spelling. I can never remember - one "c" double "l" or double "c" and one "l" and sometimes I spell it with double "c" and double "l" and the spell check drives me nuts.

Strawberry, Watercress and Siew Yoke Salad
After going crazy over kale, I have now found another new ingredient to grace my salads - watercress. I have read about watercress being used in salsa verde and salads and my immediate thought was the watercress that we use to cook pork rib soup. Alamak how to eat that in a salad?

Steak and Kale Salad
It was a public holiday a week ago and I was at home, free and easy. I had it all planned and I bought me a big bunch of kale. Yes. Kale. Again.

My New Favorite Vege
Every time I want to make a salad, I would usually buy the pre-washed lettuce/salad greens from the supermarket. After a while, those greens became sort of boring.

My Macam Macam Salad
It has been ages since I made myself a salad. I have been very naughty lately, eating out instead of prepping my own lunch. Tsk!

What To Do With Leftover Nando's Chicken?
When I roasted half a chicken the other day, I ate the leg and ended up with leftovers. Besides I also had leftover roasted vegetables.

Mango and Cabbage Slaw
Do mango and cabbage go well together? In my personal opinion, no. How about mango, cabbage and lime juice? Again, no. So why the heck did I make this Mango and Cabbage Slaw?

An Indulgent Salad : With Bacon & Fried Bread
Do you like bread? I love bread. I haven't had bread like for ages. I love crusty breads, sourdough, mixed nut loaves, whatever kind of breads and buns.
