Priming Day #1 : Eating Breakfast Again

On 01-02-2024, I revisited the Fasting and Feasting program that I learnt on The Steak and Butter Gang.

It starts with Priming which is pretty much the feasting part.  For the first two weeks, I will be eating three meals a day.

I air fried two chicken legs for breakfast.

Initially one was meant for breakfast (which I ate at home).

And the other for lunch. But at the office heh..heh... I was hungry and ate the remaining chicken leg around 8:30am.

It was a terribly hot day and I walked to Damansara Kim to tapau chicken rice for my mum. On my walk to Damansara Jaya, I felt like I wanted to just lie down hah..hah.. But I made it to the house, drenched in sweat.

For lunch I went to Ding Xiang Sang Nyuk Noodles. This time I opted for the Mixed Soup instead of the supreme version.

This one only has three ingredients.

Liver.

Intestines.

Meat.

The extra ingredients in the supreme version are blood, stomach, kidney and pork balls which I can do without (though I love stomach).

All that washed down with a badly needed iced cold Kopi C.

Dinner was oxtails.

The broth the oxtails were cooked in.

A little bit of kimchi. Day #1 went well.

  2. It's soooooo hot nowadays. I prefer to stay indoors and go out only to fetch the kids from school.

  3. I am confused whether too much sun or rain is better. I think I prefer sunny days! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
The bowl of soup you had would be perfect for me to boost my energy. Liver and oxtails are most welcome.

    1. I prefer rain! It is a lot hotter the past few years compared to the time when we were younger. Global warming is real!

  4. Haven't gone for the sang nyuk noodles for a long time. These days, I'd just eat anything convenient, no time to pick and choose.

    1. When we don't have the luxury of time, anything convenient would be the only option.
