Today is another OMAD day. Last night's beef tendon soup proved to be very filling. I was stuffed to the brim and therefore was not hungry at all come lunchtime.
Remember I mentioned about ETC vacating its shop space?
And no, ETC has not closed down as I initially thought. Instead, it has moved to another shop lot a little further down (still on the same floor).
So apa lagi, I stepped inside.
Oh I love these Dutch ovens! I already have two collecting dust in my kitchen so I shall not be buying any of these (though the metallic blue - third row from bottom on right hand side looks very pretty kih...kih...kih...).
Look, all sorts of nice baking pans. I want to start baking again. Dunno if I still remember how to bake wahahahaha!!!
These are Lodge cast ironware. Very good quality and I am eyeing something from here. The helpful shop assistant came over eager to close a sale.
I can't decide yet, so I told her I would have to check with my "husband" first. She nodded in understanding. These husbands ah, tunggu sampai kiamat pun tak dapat heh..heh..heh...
I will be back and I will keep you guessing what I am going to buy.
So now on to my dinner. I was so hungry! I had a steak that was "dry aging" (hah..hah...) in the fridge for two days. When I got home, I threw it in the air fryer and fried some bacon and eggs.
The steak was no where near medium rare but it was pretty good. The edges were crispy and the crispy fats were especially tasty.
Oh! I also thought ETC had closed down. I love to browse their shelves too as they have very good quality stuffs with nice designs. Need to check out their new outlet.ReplyDelete
You are almost near to Day 30 and we will crown you as Miss Carnivore Queen 2022!
You seem to enjoy this diet and happy with your goals. I think you will buy 24 big donuts to eat after your feat. Hooray!!
Hah..hah... no, no donuts for me. I have never felt better my whole life! I will do a review next week.Delete
That is a very hearty plate of protein goodness! I will eat a bit of all 3 types of food items there. Thank you for the colourful photos of those household wares. I like to buy food containers, hehehehe. I think I have too many at home. Need to go out and tapao to use them.ReplyDelete
hah..hah... I also like food containers. I think my plate of food will take you four days to finish LOL!Delete
You are right!Delete
I have a thing for these things too. I especially love dinnerware like plates and bowls....but pots and pans or bakeware...no. If I'm in that shop, I'll be carting away more dinnerware than I need. You really are on a carnivore diet (and bacon seems to be a staple...lol)....I've not seen any seafood! ;)ReplyDelete
I will be having seafood soon hah..hah.. As you can see, I LOVE bacon! hee..hee..Delete
i enjoyed feasting my eyes with the pictures of bacons & steak!ReplyDelete
I prefer feasting with my mouth hah..hah...hah...Delete
Ooooo...I'd love to drop by that shop and maybe pick up a thing or two!!! I've a soft spot for nice crockery, blue & white especially!ReplyDelete
It is very rare to find a man who appreciates fine crockery. You are a gem!Delete
OMG, i also have soft spot for kitche ware, plates and such too, but I really don't have space for new items now. ~>_<~ReplyDelete
hah...hah...hah... we have the same problem!Delete
Beautiful crockery, vry nice to see. I will stay away so that I won't be tempted to buy something which I don't really need.ReplyDelete
Very true, sometimes we give in to our impulses and then realize, aiyo why did I buy this? I already have so many. LOL!Delete
