Merry Christmas!
It's my first carnivore Christmas and I baked today woohoo!!!
The difference between my carnivore bakes and regular bakes is the absence of flour and sugar.
Just cream cheese, eggs and butter. I also added vanilla extract to kill the cheesy smell.
My Christmas lunch is beef trimmings. Yummy! Yummy!
Then I can have desserts for dinner hee..hee...
I wish all my readers and fellow bloggers a Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
A Blessed & Happy Christmas to you and all your loved ones! Joy to the world!
ReplyDeleteThe same to you and yours!
DeleteLooks like I got 2 out of 3 ingredients in my guess of what's the round thing you ate. Your bakes look deflated without flour but I suppose carnivore bakes are still better than no bakes...kekeke! ;) A Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year to you and your family!
ReplyDeleteThey were all nice and puffy in the oven but as they cooled down, they deflated LOL!
DeleteA Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family too!
What a wonderful bake without flour. This is a nice Christmas treat to for yourself with beef trimmings and desserts. Merry Christmas to you and your lahling. Merry Christmas to your mummy, daddy, siblings and 2 loving pets too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your good wishes TM! Eating the mini cakes without the sweet taste needed some getting used to.
DeleteSo, still can bake with flour?? Interesting.
ReplyDeleteWell done in your first Christmas bake as carnivore. Lovely bake.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
Can! Although they become like tayar pancet after taking out from the oven. LOL!
DeleteMerry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too!
Hope you had a good day during Christmas day. I would love these savoury bakes without floor. Add in cheese for me please to make it more savoury. Yum yums! ๐๐๐
ReplyDeleteI did, thanks. Even with just cream cheese, it was enough cheese for me, you might need lots more as a cheese lover.
DeleteBeautiful bake without flour and sugar. The carnivore cake looks yummy. Merry Christmas and happy holiday to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteThank you! My same wishes to you :)
DeleteThey remind me of Yorkshire pudding but of course Yorkshire pudding has flour in it. Have you eaten Yorkshire pudding before? It is a savoury pastry eaten with meat and meat gravy.
ReplyDeleteI have seen Jamie Oliver bake Yorkshire pudding but I have never eaten it before.
DeleteLooks like Yorkshire pudding....but for sure taste different. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI remember when I watched on TV, the Yorkshire pudding rises in the oven but deflates when cooled down.
DeleteYour flourless cake looked really decent!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year 2023 to you & family!
