It was not raining when I went out but it started drizzling when I came home.
Ah Boi was snoozing in her corner.
While Poodie was in hers.
Kittie Kat and Ah Girl were nowhere to be seen. They were home earlier for makan and must have gone kai-kai.
After I did a load of laundry, I decided to go jalan-jalan at 1 Utama. While I was searching high and low for Caring Pharmacy (which was at the basement) to buy my dad's yellow lotion, I felt hungry.
So when I got home, I took this out from the fridge. And let it stand for about an hour while I did another load of laundry.
These days I cook using either tallow or lard.
There you have it, cast iron pan, 3 minutes on one side and another 2 minutes on the other side.
That plus an omelette and fermented veggies.
That was a very good lunch.
Meanwhile I checked on my kimchi.
The contents have risen right to the top.
The day before, it was like this. That's why I cannot pack the kimchi all the way up.
Then iced coffee for dessert. Ah! So refreshing!
A red Bunga Raya bloomed in the garden. Before I knew it, it was time for dinner.
While most people who are celebrating Chinese New Year are at the restaurants/family gathering, it was a solo dinner for me.
Minced beef with bacon and onions, topped with soft centered eggs and kimchi. Woohoo! It was very tasty.
After that, dessert of yogurt + kefir.
Well, today is the first day of Chinese New Year.
Girl came inside. My naughty girl did not come home for dinner last evening. Tsk!
As punishment, she had to do a wefie with ma.
hee..hee..hee...

Hi PH, weather was breezy, cooling over at SG with light drizzle over at certain areas. My sister, brother in law and nephew hopped over to pay us a CNY visit today in the afternoon with their new pet dog, Kiwi, hee hee, Kiwi is such a friendly and lovely girl which does not bite hah hah, I wanted to kiss it but lucky it did not lick me lol.

Remember to count your blessings each day.
I am contented with my life, that I have food on my table, a shelter, ability to travel here and there and clothes to keep myself warm/cooling and to cover my body hah!
