Last year I had a couple of burgers at Red Kettle, The Starling. Yup, I ate the fries and the bun hah..hah..

This is the Cajun Prawn Pork Burger. I contemplated substituting the fries for salad but aaahhhh.....
Oooohhh... a sliver of bacon peeking out from the bun!
Two chargrilled prawns on top with way too much mayo. Less mayo is better.
I loved the charred prawns.
The next time I was there, I again had a Latte and a Double Cheese Pork Burger.
I chose to replace fries with salad. Big mistake. I had expected the salad to be a mix of greens, tomatoes and some other salad things.
But no. It was just this bowl filled with greens. Tsk!
There was already a chockful of salad greens that accompanied the burger.

Ugh!
I couldn't finish the greens. Not a good idea, just eat the damned fries!

I love to eat burgers at times. I just had Mac sausage McMuffin at S$3.65 for breakfast this morning. I love Japanese brand Mos burger burgers and burger king too. Do you have Mos burger in Malaysia? Their buns are really soft and fluffy.

ReplyDeleteAh, some 2024 "indiscretions"....hee..hee. The coffee art looks more like a bear to me...lol. I love the prawns well charred like that (seldom find prawn burgers) and would certainly enjoy the burger minus the cheese and less mayo. Omg, the salad they gave you is just a plate of greens (out of a bag) with no dressing...you can't call that a salad! >_<
