Kittie Kat Goes To The Vet

This morning I sent Kittie Kat to the vet for her spaying appointment.

I was apprehensive and a bit nervous. Then I told myself, Madam! Why are you nervous? Kittie Kat is the one getting spayed. Not you. Wahahahaha!!!

So early this morning, this was the scene at my car porch.

TuTu and Poodie where checking on their ma in the carrier.

Kittie Kat was surprisingly calm (though initially she did whine a bit) throughout the car ride. So here she is at my office before I sent her to the vet. Hope all is well. I will pick her up tomorrow.

Meanwhile, this was brunch yesterday. The best time to eat the roasted duck is around 11:00am when the duck is fresh, juicy and succulent.

My brother and I skipped our usual Wednesday visit to see dad due to our work commitments. He had an office meeting while I had a deadline to meet.

The Kopi C (and the duck) helped power me through the tough day and I worked vroom...vroom..vroom... non-stop until my brain felt squeezed dry by the end of the day.

Last night, only Kittie Kat was confined to the cage while the kittens celebrated their 3 month milestone by achieving independence. They were no longer confined and are now exposed to the free forces of nature.

This morning the moment I opened the door, all three kitties rushed in like torpedoes. So to commemorate their 3rd month of life, they took wefies with their Ah Mah.

TuTu is very clever to pose.

She made Ah Mah smile early in the morning (it wasn't even 5:00am yet).

Ah Boi was not so cooperative.

And then it was Poodie's turn.

Adoi.

There you go, Poodie patootie.

Auntie Girl felt left out.

Ok lah, take photo with you too.

  2. Quite natural that you should feel anxious since you're sending a "family member" for an "operation"...lol. Ah, congrats are in order...looks like the kitties have earned their "passports" to go jalan-jalan makan angin...hah..hah. Don't worry, Girl...you're still the prettiest kitty in my eyes. P/S: Hope Belle2 is well and adjusting to life as a stray cat again. :'(

๐Ÿ™ All is well for Kittie Kat and a smooth recovery for 2 weeks or is it 1 week confinement for the surgery area to close up and heal. ๐Ÿ™
