EMCO Day #13 : Naughty Girls

Today don't want to talk about food. I will talk about my cheeky girls. The last few days I have been hollering "Girls! Don't destroy Mommy's things!!!" Not that they listen.

With the number of Covid-19 infections rising to 13,215 today (yes, I screamed again), I am resigned to the fact that I may be stuck at home for much much longer.

What to do? Just go with the flow. There isn't much I can do except to stay home and stay safe. And put up with the antics of my two cats.

Two evenings ago I heard very loud noises coming from upstairs and I quickly went to check.

Who did THAT???!!!

GIRL???!!! BELLE???!!!

They just casually walked into their room (see, the room is now THEIR room) and went into hiding.

Girl went under the bed while Belle Belle who is slightly dim, just went to hide in a corner, refusing to look at me.

Well, my fault, leaving the box and wrapping paper at the landing like that.

As you can see, Belle Belle has claimed the box as hers.

That's why I haven't cleaned up.

Let them mess around as it keeps them occupied, instead of whining for more snacks.

Yesterday evening I decided to put a collar on them again. The previous collars were very worn out due to them scratching at the material.

Girl did not put up much protest when I put the collar on her.

Belle Belle protested a little bit. She did not like something alien hanging from her neck.

But she was all right after that.

As usual before I go to bed, I check on them.

Auwww...does Girl not look adorable!

Belle Belle prefers to sleep on the floor and got up when she sensed me coming close.

Nite nite Belle Belle! Please try not to be so naughty.

They are now partners in crime. Belle Belle now joins Girl as my alarm clock, both making a whole lot of noise if I don't come out by 5:00 am. Meow(Girl)!! Eyaukk (Belle)!! Meow!! Eyaukk!! Haiz...

  1. Poor you. Your alarm clocks wake you up too early everyday. Can they change it to 7.00am since you don't need to go to office.

Your 2 naughty girls would always pry into drawers and boxes etc. It's their toys and playland for fun. Play some soft cat's music for them to relax.

  2. I am trying to imagine how Eyaukk, Eyaukk sounds like from Belle. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Both girls are so adorable. Hahaha, so funny you describe Belle Belle as a little dim. What to hide but still out in the open IS a little dim. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks for this nice post about the girls. Can see you love them very much. TQ! ❤️๐Ÿ˜ป

    1. hah..hah.. Belle Belle doesn't meow like a normal cat. Her sound is strange. She is very cute because sometimes she is like gong gong like that. LOL!!

  3. OMG!!! Thank goodness I do not have cats in the house. Bad enough that the neighbourhood strays will come to my house and sleep on top of my cars in the car porch, leaving behind a lot of their fur, their urine, their paw prints and their claw marks, scratches all over the car. I think they do not go to the other houses as they all keep their car porch lights on the whole night through.

  8. Cats are curious so they will investigate what is inside that box. I think they are bored, they are looking for toys to play with. I think its cozy inside the box for Belle. Adorable alarm clocks.

  10. I have a funny feeling the naughty girl is Belle. She's been a stray longer so she's probably less behaved than Girl (just like how she prefers to sleep on the floor). Then again, you left paper and cardboard in the open, two of their favourite things to play with...lol. Your alarm clocks very annoying lah...haha! :D P/S: Belle's eyaukk, doesn't that sound like a donkey?..lol! ;D

    1. I'm with you on that, it's definitely Belle. She is the mischievous one. I had to ban her from the kitchen and dining because she attempted to jump on the counter/table. Belle doesn't meow like a normal cat. The sound she makes is strange LOL!
