Sunday Lunch and Dinner

Last Sunday I told myself to keep things simple. I mean, yes, my diet is mostly simple and easy these days but sometimes I go a bit overboard and try to add too many items to my plate.

So lunch was a case of bacon, (three) eggs and a couple of sausages.

That was good. Really good.

Then dinner was a (substandard) sirloin steak that had been sitting in the freezer since last year.

I cut it up into small cubes together with some beef fat, seasoned with Seasoned All Season Salt and turmeric powder and air fried the whole lot.

I must say that it was pretty good.

Now, what are these?

Dumbells for my weight training workout. I am building and maintaining a foundation for my muscular strength and integrity.

We need muscle to support our skeletal system. Exercise is important for overall health and well being. So I say, let's keep it up.

  1. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ชGood for you! I have two dumb bells too. I can only manage 2 kg each, not as strong as you. Your protein meals look so good! Yummy! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
