I did mention that I wanted my cat to give up the 3-seater sofa by putting towels that she does not like on the cushions.
I thought I had some measure of success until yesterday morning. I woke up and I was about to line the sofa with the Daiso towels.
Haiks! She beat me to it!
Girl 1 : Mommy 0
Never mind. I still covered the other portion of the seats with the towels. She looked sleepy.

DeletePut a bottle of water with red colouring added on the sofa. Your girl would stay far far away - cats do not like red, they day.

ReplyDeleteDid you know that bottles with red liquid scare away stray cats and prevent them from urinating all over the place? π€£ I discovered this from residents of a Pangsapuri in Kepong when dropping off some supplies and groceries from @thehopebranch.my to families in the different blocks.

DeleteYes, when you have a cat...everything is his (or hers)! O_o Have you seen them rub their scent on the chair legs, edges of cupboard, my laptop, my handphone, even my recyclable bags, they claim everything as theirs (or their territory)...and that includes the sofa and bed. :D For that, you get hours and hours of charm (of watching them sleep in their cutest postions) and whatnots...haha! ;) P/S: Your favourite position is a stretched contortionist postion...Cookie also does that.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, most recently she has been rubbing her face on my handphone and clawing at it hah..hah... My partner jokingly told me that soon she will demand for her own handphone. I also noticed she rubs herself on my shopping bags and the doorway too, almost every surface within her reach hah..hah... When I first noticed my Girl's funny sleeping poses, I actually revisited your post on Cookie's hee..hee...

DeleteI hope you have invested a good brush to comb your Fei Mau everyday. She doesn't have long fur issues but combing the cat often can help its circulation and prevents blood clot too. It is like a massage therapy and they feel happier too!
