Eh...heh...heh...heh... I found some food I cooked in my folder! By the way, happy labor day! But today, I working lah heh..heh...
I am running out of cooking posts you see, so anything I find I can use as material.
But seriously lah. Tofu. Asparagus. Not something inspiring. Or exciting. But it was quite nice to eat.
I got the tofu (the firm type) free from BMS Organics after I purchased a few bottles of organic instant coffee. That's what they do. If you made a substantial purchase, they give you some free stuff from the chiller. You can choose from either vegetables or tofu.
That day, all that was left in the chiller was cherry tomatoes and tofu, so tofu it was.
The asparagus, I bought from Jaya Grocer. Nobody is going to give you free asparagus, that's for sure.
I drained the tofu first for a few hours before cutting into small cubes to be pan fried till browned and crispy. Then I threw in the cut up asparagus and stir fried until the asparagus was tender.
For seasoning? I just poured some leftover Kewpie Sesame Soy Sauce dressing into the pan. And that's it.
The taste wasn't oomph enough, so I drizzle some Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing over the dish and that made it taste a lot better.
Working? No public holiday? Aiyor!!!! What do you do, so the very kesian one! LOL!!! I would enjoy the dish if there is some meat in it. No bacon in the fridge> :D
