Still My Favorite

Update : Theori Food has closed down.

I still tapau food from Theori Food@Damansara Uptown from time to time. In fact I don't visit those regular chap fan stall anymore. Wah, this auntie so high class these days.

I love the fresh ingredients and delicious proteins. The fried chicken drumstick remains my favorite and as for the vegetables I stick to carrots, Japanese cucumber, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, lettuce and onions. I also love adding mango and corn to my medley of vegetables.

Recently I tried the salmon. That one costs RM26.90 as opposed to the regular RM15.90 for other proteins.

Very nice, I must say. The salmon was cooked just right.

Very fresh and moist. It made for a very pleasing dinner.

Theori Food has just introduced their loyalty card whereby you earn a stamp every time you visit. After five stamps (if I remember correctly) you get something for free. I recently redeemed a fresh orange juice.

Then I was craving for salmon again.

Again, this was for dinner. Like before, I enjoyed it to the max. I'm working towards my next redemption.

  3. But but but your bento is as good as these if not better. I guess you eat these whenever you need a break from making your own bento and when you are cooking meals for your parents. I will ask if my lunch group wants to try out this place. I will have fish or smoked duck and veges with charcoal bread and no sauce.

  4. Bet that was heaps nicer at those at the chap fan places, all msg, lots of oil and same old unexciting choices.

  5. I used to like eating Salmon for many years. Suddenly the viral news have been warning us about the salmon fishes with diseases until I had phobia and worries before eating. Do you know how to spot the healthy salmon colours? I should try this restaurant since you are safe. Muahahaha
Your meal looked so colourful and appetizing~!!

    1. They grill it but the first and second appear different.

  7. RM26.90 for a weekday lunch, quite out of my budget >_<
I can see they grate the carrot instead of cutting them, just like me, I peel it with peeler, haha :P

    1. Also out of my budget, that's why I eat only once in a while. It's actually good idea to use peeler instead of grating.
