Today I dug into my freezer and discovered two boxes of Pacific West frozen fish fillet. Yay! I love these and I remember picking them up at Aeon way before the lockdown.
So this was today's lunch. Simple simple.
I used to eat quite a lot of these many years ago. I used to bake them in the oven.
Now that I have an air fryer, I could air fry them.
I followed the instruction on the packaging and preheated the air fryer at 200C for 10 minutes.
Then I sprayed the air fryer basket with oil and placed two fish fillet in the basket.
Air fried for about 13 minutes.
The fish fillet came out nice and crispy.
It was so good! I will buy this fish fillet again when my supply runs out.
My fresh stash of chocolates arrived today. Yay!
Yes, my missus did stumble upon some Pacific West frozen products and bought one, along with some from Marina. All good, will buy some more if we come across them again.

DeleteWell, well, how coincidental...we both have "frozen" posts....kekeke! Yes, I do remember eating these type of frozen fish previously but stopped when I found most of the fish fillets to be fishy in taste (can't remember what brands I bought though). I will take note of this brand if I feel like trying them again. ^_~
ReplyDeleteYes! hah..hah... I see that you have tried more frozen food than I have. If you want frozen breaded fish fillets, Pacific West is very good. It's the only brand that I buy for fish fingers.

I like to eat this brand of frozen fish fillets. Used to eat a lot of frozen fish fingers when I was cooking at home in uk. I think I will buy a air fryer if I want to cook frozen fish fillet here. In uk I will just microwave the frozen tesco brand fish fingers. Lolx! The chocolate must be good. Let me read your previous post to see where you bought them online from.
ReplyDeleteI think fish fingers are quite popular in the UK. Pacific West is about the best over here for me. I bought the chocolates from Beehive Chocolate via Lazada.
