After lunch at Gu On, I noticed that the restaurant located next to them, Restoran Foods Punch was open for business.
The Spicy Chili and Century Egg looked very attractive to me (I love century egg) and so do the Three Signature Dishes.
They also have half and half combinations so that you can taste two instead of one topping. And there is also option for add-on sides.
Oh yes, I am keen to try the food but for now, I am off carbohydrates.
I'll come back for sure, but not sure when. And when I do, I will definitely post an update of my experience.

Looks like a comfortable place for a nice meal. I love the burgundy colour as well.
ReplyDeleteOh, you're off carbs again? With a restaurant name like that, I bet their food packs a punch in flavour (mostly spicy, I guess since it's China food). The only thing I like about China food is that they tend to cook a lot of beef dishes which most local Chinese restaurants don't do. One such restaurant also opened up in my taman (with one claypot dishes) haven't tried coz waiting to be fully well first. The stir-fried meat (I'm guessing it's beef) with chilli peppers would be my favourite (I get this the chap fan place but cooked with pork).
ReplyDeleteThe colours and layout of this new eatery looks like suan chai yu eatery. Will wait for your reviews, thanks π
ReplyDeleteWishing you a good and smooth week ahead! π
Off carbohydrates? Until when, until when? I am pretty skeptical about China Food though.
