Early morning I let my darling Girl into the house (she meowed like until so kesian, I cannot tahan. LOL!).
So she had her breakfast. That plate is meant to be shared with Ah Boi. Somehow Kittie Kat will pair with Poodie and Girl with Ah Boi when it comes to feeding.
The she made her way to the sofa.
Latest update on my Zinnias. This pink one bloomed.
Lunch I revisited Rice & Pot Empire. My last visit in 2025 was a pleasant one as I enjoyed their Ultimate Pork Indulgence.
I had the same again but was disappointed that the pork belly slices were tough and dry. The pork ribs were fine and I ate only the filling of the bursting meatballs. The fried pork patty was still good. As for the broth (original) it was just all right.
Later at home I cooked dinner.
The fatty parts I air fried in my trusty air fryer while the lean parts, I boiled them for my girls.
I had some leftover pork belly bites and reheated them.
I cut the pork belly bites into smaller pieces.
That was my scrumptious meaty dinner eaten with sauerkraut and kimchi.
