Oh no! Another cat post hee..hee..hee... Sorry lah. I don't have anything interesting to share as yet.
My everyday food is the same old thing, so I will post only when I eat something exciting different. So for today, Girl will be keeping you company.
As you all know, she is my fatty bom bom. The one who has my heart in her paws.
She is also my naughty girl. Look at her complaining about whatever it is that she is not happy about.
And this is the look she gives me when I give her a lecture. But it does not last long because she likes to flash her Dracula fangs every now and then. Oi! Ma not scared lah!
She came into my life in 2019. And she stole my heart.
Well, I had to get used to her antics. I do exercise some degree of discipline when necessary. What I get is another "sorry ma" look.
We also had our crisis where for the first time in my life, I got to experience a parent-child situation.
I love her a great deal. Though she may be an ordinary cat, I will pick her anytime over those super cute pedigrees. Girl, Ma is grateful to have you!
Yay! For both Girl and Mommy! Best buddies πΊπ»πΈπ½
ReplyDeletehee..hee..
DeleteGood Saturday and good afternoon! Am going to have my carbs day lunch soon which is Salmon belly rice with baked potato (that is filled with bits of ham and mayo). No no no Girl, don't hanker after my fish hee hee. I always rmb your "annoying yet adorable" about your fur kids. The motivational quote and poster at the end reminds me that there are too many temptations so we should try to put our needs first before wants. Ok. Go to go! BRB!
ReplyDeleteGood morning! Girl would love to share your salmon LOL!
DeleteI clicked back your "our crisis" post and I thought I must have missed the post as I do not have a memory of this then I scrolled down and found out that I did leave a comment there and then in year 2020. You must have forgotten about the pain, haven't you? Yah, cats at times can get so aggressive and playful then they become "violent".
ReplyDeleteWhen I recall the incident, I can remember the pain. But I don't think about it anymore. But it was s good lesson to be careful at all times when getting close to any cat.
DeleteLucky that your flooring is marble floor, not parquet, if not really headache and heart pain.
ReplyDeleteMy upstairs is parquet and last time, Girl and Belle Belle used to dig out the loose pieces and play with it. Really headache to find the missing pieces >.<
DeleteAnd I thought you said Poodie is your favourite LOL ! All so cute that you don't know which to choose as your favourite. Hee hee.
ReplyDeletePoodie is my favorite among the three kittens. But Girl is always my number one. LOL!
DeleteYay! Today worked half day and there after today Saturday, tomorrow Weekend Sunday and Monday Public Holiday, I get to 2.5 days of rest. Do you have to go back to your office during Public Holiday or it is up to you?
ReplyDelete*typo I get 2.5 days of rest. Type too fast!
DeleteIt's nice to have public holiday rest hee..hee... I can choose to work or not on public holidays and for now, I prefer to stay home and take care of housework. Just weekends alone is not enough to finish all the household chores.
Deleteah girl stole not your heart but our hearts as well.....My heart melts when i see her cute pictures...
ReplyDeleteOh, that's so sweet of you to say so! Sometimes she also give me "auntie" face but too spontaneous for me to snap photo. LOL!
DeletePhoto #3 of Ah girl, she looked really "buay song" (not shiok) LOL hah hah hah!
ReplyDeleteI took another look and yah LOL! LOL!
DeleteYes, she's my no. 1 also. Are those black marks in Girl's mouth part of her features or it's something that needs to be looked at? Just concerned. Poppy also has this greyish thing under her mouth (initially thought she didn't clean her mouth properly after eating but noticed it's there every day) so I'll ask the vet on my next visit.
ReplyDeleteAh, that's nice to know that she is also your number one hee..hee... Those black marks were there since long ago. They were just small spots and seem to have become bigger. Perhaps I should check it out a;though she does not seem to display any problems.
DeleteShe is precious! I am retired now, (68), but I can tell you that a cat like yours is to be cherished...and I see that she is! Purebred cats come with series of health issues...Persian cats have the teary eyes, and this is just a minimal thing. As well, long haired cats such as Persians require a lot of daily brushing. I worked in the pet supply field for 9 years. No, I did not sell animals, but I educated people on how to care for their pets. I always recommended that they go to an animal shelter such as the SPCA and "save a life". Rescue cats are wonderful and need homes. As well, when you adopt a rescue cat, you are contributing to not adding more animals to the population by going to a breeder. Last but not least, purebreds cost a lot of money, not only in the initial cost for the cat itself, but often in veterinary and grooming costs. Warm greetings from Montreal, Canada. I love animals!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the information you shared with me! I am all for rescuing cats and not buying from the pet shop. I often feel sad seeing cats in cages at the store as well as strays in the neighborhood. My heart always melts and I wished that I could house them all! I am a softie when it comes to cats.
DeleteI feel pity for your scratched sofa... >_<
ReplyDeleteYa I know hah...hah...hah... that's why I dare not buy a new one yet.
