At Red Kettle I always order the Latte. Because it is the best in the neighborhood.
Smoked Salmon Avocado N Eggs. My brother told me that he loved this breakfast item but it is so expensive. Well, Red Kettle is expensive.
The smoked salmon filling is generous but as for the avocado, you get only one small wedge. Tsk! I loved the scrambled eggs and the sourdough bread. The ulam cherry tomato salad was not bad but the pesto was tasteless.
So that was my carb day for the week!

Got Omega 3 in smoked salmon for heart health, got vitamin D in scrambled eggs and vitamin C in the tomato π salad which is also great for digestion..and who says healthy food must be tasteless, hee hee. Have a good work day ahead and enjoy your weekends! Will be re-reading "when I was a kid" book on this Sunday weekend while having my music therapy hee hee..thanks once again. Tmr Saturday will be having some retail therapy but no no no not shopping for wants but needs hee hee..see you!

DeleteI agree with you that red kettle price is a bit above my budget for meals. Avocado π₯ is difficult to buy nice ones. Recently I bought two not so good ones at about rm5 to rm6 each.
ReplyDeleteI haven't bought avocado in a while. I can get them at Avocadian (nearby) if available and they will label for you which day to each which avocado. LOL!
