Before that, I had (a carb) lunch at DiYiTai Plus.
The meal was very tasty. There's rice, thinly sliced pork with garlic sauce, an egg, tofu, a (starchy) pork ball (I don't like this), sweet potato leaves and cabbage. The chili dip was also tasty and mildly spicy.
I got a 25% discount using GrabPay Dine Out deals. Very worth it.
I found the portion of rice in my bento too much. Next time I will request for 1/2 portion. I felt really stuffed and went for a walk at The Starling.
I read this shocking news yesterday. This school is right outside my housing area. The violence that happens these days is getting worse. In recent times, we have had cases of student suicides and fatal bullying and now this. Where are we headed?
Good morning π
ReplyDeleteWow! So early, 3 months to Christmas and the decorations are up.
Pork slices sound like something my weak teeth can chew.
I saw this news yesterday. No need π« here πͺπ‘️ will do. So sad for all families involved.
Beautiful photos, dear friend! Here in Montreal, Canada, stores begin to bring in merchandise for Christmas in September, some in October! The reason for this is because it is their busiest and most profitable time of year. As well, smart customers, like myself, (LOL), do their Christmas shopping early, and gradually, rather than at the last minute...or even month! This is because the earlier you start, the selection is bigger and often the prices are lower, so you are more likely able to get what you want. If you wait, often the stores are out of stock and because, even though the stores are open, some companies and manufacturers will close for a week or two during the month of December. This means that the stores will be unable to restock in time.
ReplyDeleteYour meal looks very intriguing. The tea looks delicious and refreshing. I love tea and I love lemon! :)
