Saya Tak Makan Maggi

At Aeon Sunday, there was a Maggi instant noodles promotion.

Who loves Maggi instant noodles? It was my late dad's favorite. My mum used to cook Maggi for us when we were kids, with chicken and veggies. Maggi instant noodles are delicious!

But no, I don't eat instant noodles anymore. I mostly eat real food hah..hah.. (as opposed to processed food). But no, I am not well behaved all the time, ok?

There was also a Nescafe Gold promotion. I like Nescafe Gold but I did not take advantage the offer since I already have coffee at home.

There was also a fish promotion.

Then I went to pick up my groceries.

Milk and two containers of kimchi.

Fruits. That's my partner's department. The man loves fruits.

My lunch was via Grabfood. Yes, I was lazy. This is from Alora Spices, TTDI.

Speaking of real food, briyani rice qualifies, right? LOL!

I ordered their Mutton Varuval Briyani. In fact this was what I ordered for mum last Friday. I was curious what the briyani is like. Mum did not give me any feedback.

Inside the paper wrapping was another wrapping of plastic and banana leaf.

Hmmm!!!

The Mutton Varuval Briyani revealed, with one hard boiled egg. Just like that. It would be better if the restaurant could provide acar and some curry gravy.

The only thing that came with the briyani was raita.

On the left is raita and on the right is a mint coconut chutney (for the vadai).

I also ordered their Ulunthu Vadai and it was da bomb! I loved it! Very crispy aromatic. This I can order again.

Saturday evening it rained. Girl wanted to come inside, so I let her.

She was in a good mood and gave me a few head bumps while I was lying on the (other) sofa. 

Girl, you want to be a (full time) house cat? I like the idea of a cat in the house.

No, Ma! Don't want!

When daddy came home, Girl decided to go back outside. She didn't want to kacau us. Bye!
