I had some leftover Brussels sprouts and I also defrosted two packets of beef trimming.
I sliced the Brussels sprouts into halves and peeled a few garlic cloves.
Then I placed a wire rack on top of the pan and arranged pieces of fatty beef trimmings on the wire rack.
Then the whole lot went into the air fryer to cook at 180C for 16 minutes.
As you can see, there was a lot of shrinkage as the fats rendered.
The Brussels Sprouts and garlic were not quite cooked.
So I put them into the air fryer to cook for a few more minutes longer.
I seasoned my meal with some sea salt.
This is why I am so lazy these days. My cooking method is so simple and that is why I am no longer motivated to cook meals that contain too many ingredients and too many steps hah..hah...
This was yet again another very satisfying meal.
