I sliced the Brussels sprouts into halves and peeled a few garlic cloves.
Then I placed a wire rack on top of the pan and arranged pieces of fatty beef trimmings on the wire rack.
Then the whole lot went into the air fryer to cook at 180C for 16 minutes.
As you can see, there was a lot of shrinkage as the fats rendered.
So I put them into the air fryer to cook for a few more minutes longer.
I seasoned my meal with some sea salt.
This is why I am so lazy these days. My cooking method is so simple and that is why I am no longer motivated to cook meals that contain too many ingredients and too many steps hah..hah...

DeleteActually, the name TuTu came about because when Kittie Kat (Tu's mama) was a kitten, I used to call out to her like this "Kittie Kat...tutu kat....". It sounded cute (to me), so that's how TuTu got her name.
DeleteI don't feel sad anymore at the mention of memory of TuTu. She has moved on and I will always remember her with joy and not sadness.
DeleteSame for our love ones who had passed on, they have moved on and are in a better place now, we should also move on and remember with joy for the moments we shared together and not feel sad but at times it is easier said than done cos we have still humans with our emotions. Press on my dear friend.
