A Most Beautiful Song

I don't know why I suddenly thought of Guantanamera by The Sandpipers.

It was a song I heard when I was a child and even at that time, I thought it was beautiful. I don't understand the words but I loved the melody. Up till today, I love this song.

Maybe it is the influence of my fellow blogger, Libby, who often shares songs on her blog that made me want to share songs too. Another song by The Sandpipers that I think is beautiful is Louie Louie. Again I don't understand the words but the melody is beautiful and voices, whoa....

Most people who know me well enough to know my taste in music (especially my mum whom I once sent on an errand to get me a cassette by Van Halen, was met by an incredulous salesperson who told her "That one is rock you know!") would be surprised why I like these two songs.

I usually listen to songs like this :

Or this :

My current favorite is this one :

All the oldies or sappy love songs, I tak layan but I make an exception for some.

Anyway folks, have a great weekend. Don't worry, be happy and stay safe!

  1. Muahahaha. I think we have different taste for songs. Has it got to do with our different hometown location?

My wife cannot stand almost all the songs that I love to hear. It's that bad of my taste. She says the songs I hear could send one to sleep or wake up the dead souls. The sleepy songs I hear is Evergreen, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, You Needed Me and blah blah.
The noisy ones are from Spandau Ballet, Ozzy Osbourne, Freddie Mercury, Nine Inch Nails and etc. All these toxic songs from my college days. Period.
