I am not a breakfast person but of late I have been eating my first meal of the day around 10.00 am+ for practical purposes.
Eat while I am out delivering mum's lunch then I don't need to go out for lunch. Saves time so that I can focus on my work.
Protein is of course my choice. At Halla Holla I wanted six onsen eggs but they only had one set (of two eggs) as they were still cooking to replenish their stock. So I ordered two portions of scrambled eggs.
When I got back to Damansara Utama, I noticed that the corner Starbucks was all boarded up. Either renovation or they folded up. We'll see.

Dear friend, I hope you are enjoying your long weekend. Love the quotes you share as much as you love the cats and things that I share! :)
ReplyDeleteYour eggs look delicious! The soup does as well! I laughed when you said you're building muscles.
I love your posts, your sense of humour, your cats, your photos of the food you enjoy!
In case you miss the post I have up now I will give you the link, because I know that you are going to enjoy some things on it.
Enjoy your time, make sure you get rest as well.
Thank you, Linda for your very kind words! It encourages me to keep blogging. I was very busy yesterday (I tend to over achieve in my free time hah...hah...) and I have just visited your blog today. I enjoy what you share too!
DeleteEggs are the food I go to for protein. I haven't tried the scrambled eggs on their own by Halla Holla. Right now, only ate the scrambled eggs served on toasts.
ReplyDeleteScrambled eggs on toast is even better hee..hee...
DeleteI just had two soft boiled eggs this morning! Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteNice!
DeleteI'd rather have mix n match too rather than 6 onsen eggs! ;)
ReplyDeleteYes, it's actually better hah...hah...
DeleteI ONLY like to have my Durian as a fruit. LOL
ReplyDeleteMe too! It does not taste good when made into other things.
