Last Sunday, at Aeon I found another brand of (delicious) kimchi (made in China) but I forgot to snap photo. Next time.
I am very disappointed that Aeon no longer sells regular beef and beef trimmings.
These are not affordable to ordinary people like me. One slice like that costs upwards of RM90++.
These organic ones are no better. Haiz .....

Ah! Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
Three new flavors - Macaron, Tiramisu and Churros.
I have tested myself a few times (after being hit by euphoric recall) and found that I don't enjoy ice cream anymore. So I was immune to these.
Besides, I have had Haagen-Dazs ice cream before but found the taste too rich/milky. So I did not like it. Maybe blame that on my unsophisticated taste? hah..hah..
My simple cooking. Pork belly bites and garlic in a stainless steel plate.
Put four pork belly slices on a wire rack and place it above the tray. Then air fried at 180C for 16 minutes.
End result.
Noms!
Topped with browned garlic which were cooked with the lard drippings. I ate these with kimchi. So so good!
Your food looks mouthwatering delicious! And I am sorry you can no longer get the meat at an affordable price. :( I hope you will find another avenue. One of my blog followers, who lives in the U.S., gets meat delivered to her door from a company, she said the meat is very good and the price is decent. I wouldn't know if they deliver to your area in Malaysia or not, but please let me know if you want me to find out. I don't know the name of the place, but I can ask her.

I am pre-diabetic and at 68 years old I am trying to watch my sugar. My favourite flavour is butterscotch. I may perhaps order a small soft vanilla ice cream cone from McDonald's once a year! LOL!
Ah, your way of air-frying pork belly and garlic is perfect for my spouse. I still like to eat ice cream now and then but not so much anymore when my freezer is stocked up nicely with all sorts of ice cream. Hagen daaz is one of those luxury ice cream because of its rich creamy taste. I can't afford to eat Hagen daaz often. I am fine with its taste. Good that ice creams don't tempt U anymore. Healthier than way and can save π° for beef too ππ
