I walk past Halla Holla almost everyday when I cross over from Damansara Utama to Damansara Jaya to deliver lunch to my mum.
Last week I saw this poster outside the cafe.
Scrambled Egg Toast with a choice of coffee or lemonade at RM9.90. This is only available Monday to Friday up to 11:00am. There is a choice of upgrade (at extra charge of course) to add on avocado or smoked salmon.
This offer is also available at the Mid-Valley outlet.
The weekday Breakie Set was right at the top.
Ah! Coffee! I chose Hot Black because I did not want to spend extra (kedekut pulak (so stingy) that day LOL!) for a latte.
There are two upgrades - Avocado (RM6.00) or Smoked Salmon (RM15.00). Again, I did not want to spend extra although you know that I love avocado. Next time, eh?
Golden creamy scrambled eggs atop sourdough toast. The eggs were tender and creamy but I didn't detect butter. It would have been awesome had they been cooked in butter but butter is expensive, so I am not surprised.
The price for this breakfast after service tax (6%) and service charge (10%) is RM10.80 (base price RM9.30). I used Grab dine out deals to get a 10% discount.
This is the first time I spent below RM10.00 at Halla Holla. But next time it won't be so because I will add avocado and upgrade my coffee to a latte woohoo!
Thank you for the heads up. Ah, weekdays only. See when we can go to midvalley mall on weekends when Waze says no traffic jam. Worth it when pay using grab dine in deals ππ
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! What to do? Who says Malaysian currency is cheaper than SGD, at current times it is almost on par already.
ReplyDeleteI like your last poster/quotes, something worth digesting. Have a wonderful and good day ahead for all, if cannot cos nothing is perfect in this world, I wish you my online friend PH and myself a great one. We wish and we will, hopefully. Ciao!
ReplyDeleteI love toast and eggs, and I adore smoked salmon π π
ReplyDeleteAh. My kind of breakfast. Your scrambled egg must be warm and yummy. Yours still got sprinkles of spring onion, not too watery or too dry. What other tastes did you detect? Not stingy lah.
