Fat But I Baked It Again

This is my weighing machine. My nemesis. It always gives me bad news.

This is another nemesis.

My measuring tape. Also a giver of bad news.

Due to my laissez-faire attitude towards my food intake, I have put on some weight. OK, a lot of weight. As you are aware, I have been on an eating rampage hereherehere and here.

I have also been eating too much pasta hereherehere and here. Why did I do that? No reason. Just because it felt good. Carbs make me feel good. Which is bad.

So. All this has got to stop. I'm going back to my low carb regime before my fat pants get too tight.

My fat pants. LOL!

And before I give up carbs (not forever, just temporary) I decided to have another carb bash hah...hah.... So. I baked another round of pasta.

I even set aside a small portion to freeze.

So without further ado, I dug in like it was my last meal.

Gosh. That felt good.

So so good. Nom nom nom.

Moderation is key. That's where I failed. Well, the low carbo regime has already started as we speak. I will keep you updated on my progress. Stop sniggering will ya!

  5. The first two things you showed are everyone's nemesis...at one time or another! ;D I used to diet like you too but I've since threw it out the door...coz it doesn't work. Once you stop dieting, you put back all the weight you lost...arrgghhh! :P Oh dear, does that mean we'll be seeing less of your cooking, baking and eating posts for a while! T_T

That 2 items are also my nemesis. Lucky for me, I destroyed them and banished them from my house, forever. No more bearer of bad news for me. :P

  9. my weighing machine has been gathering dust for the past three years cos i refuse to step on it - the best way to defeat this enemy is to ignore it! :D all the best on the low-carb regime ... and enjoy your cheat days! maybe you could try to get those whole-wheat pastas so that it feels slightly less like a guilty indulgence? :)

  11. Some people has thin genes and some fat genes so it has got nothing to do with food. Remember the girl on YouTube who can eat so so so many eggs? She has thin genes. So throw your two nemesis out like rg and live happily ever after.
