Back To Duck

I was thinking about roast duck earlier this week.

So come lunch time, I went to Twins Signature Roast Duck.

Quarter duck (lower portion). Tender, juicy and fatty. Very good!

I had Chinese tea instead of my usual Kopi C.

Now that I eat carbs, I might want to try their Value Set.

Or Special Set Lunch.

Or perhaps the All Day Breakfast.

Then I walked past Fujisawa Kyanpu Bar.

I stopped to check their special offer.

Free noodle refill. Bah! That's too much carbs. I was hoping that they would bring back their sashimi promotion.

At The Starling, the Grand Cruise Fair is back. So all those "ho miah" (fortunate) people can take advantage of the promotion and go on a cruise. I can't go anywhere for now - work commitments and other responsibilities.

I passed by this shop and these soft toys brought a smile to my face.

What a cute bunny!

I am too old for soft toys hah...hah....

I found this adorable video on Instagram and I thought it was cute. Imagine if Girl could do this in the kitchen. Then she and Ah Boi would be having a field day at home. The wonders (and dangers) of AI!

  1. Dear friend, the ginger/marmalade cat in the video at the end of your post made me smile! I also love all the plush toys you are sharing, which also made me smile!
Duck....gosh, I seriously hope that the doctors can figure out what is causing my difficulty with swallowing, because I would love to try duck again! Last night for supper I tried to eat a few thin slices of roast (garlic) pork with apple sauce, and well, let's just say I never got to enjoy it. :( Whenever I attempt to eat meat this is the most difficult issue for me.
Your duck looks succulent! I love all your photos! Thank you so much for sharing, PH! I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!
