Last weekend was a relatively good weekend because I did not go to work and could focus on my housework.
Vacuuming, moping, wiping tabletops, laundry, some simple cooking - that sort of thing.
Freezer clearing too. Salmon bones. I defrosted these the night before.
The bones were meaty and it made for a substantial meal. What you see is only part of it, the rest were saved in a container.
Dinner was a simple chuck-stuff-in-a-pot type of soup.
There were minced pork (I was too lazy to form them into meatballs), carrots, celery, onions and cauliflower. Tasted quite good.
Sunday was a bit more exciting. Dates and bacon.
Wrap the dates in bacon. Then off to the air fryer.
Devils on Horseback they call these. Delicious!
Dinner was my famous minced beef omelette wahahaha!!! So delicious! Oh, has anyone watched Love & Death on Netflix? I thought it was very good. True story some more.
Then my partner sent me this. He knows I love kitties.
Sorry the focus is not sharp.

Meanwhile yesterday afternoon it rained.
Ah Boi was not too happy.
And neither was Kittie Kat.

ReplyDeleteNah, your home cooked meals are not boring, they are healthy and delicious, I like that warm comforting soup with cauliflowers, celery and carrots. Did you perspire after doing your houseworks? If yes, then it would be good, no need go outdoor under the sun also can burn off blood glucose. Thanks for sharing the cats' photos! I love them.
