I mentioned in my earlier post that a male cat has come onto the scene and has been visiting my car porch on a regular basis (stealing my girls' food).
I know I should not be harboring this guy and not encourage him to come by. But I am a softie. His soft cries melted my heart. So I placed a piece of chicken liver on the divider.
Just this morning I heard some unsavory sounds coming from outside my front door. Upon opening the door, I witnessed Girl cowering in a corner while Leng Chai was pursuing her.
So no more! Leng Chai is now persona non grata and I have since stopped feeding him. I do feel sorry but my girls' safety is paramount.
If she does eat, she eats very little. Well, as long as she is loved and well treated I am all right with that.
As for this handsome boy, I believe he is a transient and I hope he will relocate elsewhere. We'll see.
Yes, your girls' safety is paramount. As well, a feral cat could have a contagious condition such as FIP...feline infectious peritonitis. Best to play it safe, dear friend 🧡
ReplyDeleteYou are right! He still hangs around but I shoo hi away and no longer give him food.
DeleteI can see many peoples like to feed stray cats by putting food outside their shop or by road side.
ReplyDeleteYes, people tend to do that.
DeleteThis handsome fella looks so cute, his ears are flat one, lol! And I so agree with the quote.
ReplyDeleteHandsome but dangerous. LOL!
DeleteHi dear friend, I love ❤️ the quote. I also love ❤️ your black cat 🐈⬛️
ReplyDeleteOh, thanks! My black cat came home today for breakfast :)
