Last Saturday I took Girl to the vet. I basically wanted her to get a routine check-up to make sure that she is all right. I also wanted her ears checked because I was afraid that Belle's ear mite problem might be passed on to her.
In the morning after her breakfast, I made sure to get her into the carrier before I opened the door. I love this carrier as it is so easy to load through the top opening.
Needless to say, there was a big protest. She made a big fuss (unlike Belle who is more quiet) and was very noisy. Then it was time to go to the vet.
I remembered the first visit and how she cried and whined in the car. This time it was no different.
My partner and I had to put up with her crying and whining all the way. Haiz.........
At the vet's I had to wait a little bit as he was not in yet. Luckily Girl had calmed down by then (or got tired) and she was quiet the whole time.
Meanwhile, there were two other cats (coincidentally also orange colored like Girl) at the clinic.
This one looks like those atas expensive cats. Then I saw this one whose meow sounded more like a puppy's whimpering.
Girl was a breath of fresh air compared to Belle. She did not put up a struggle in the bath. I am certain the vet breathed a sigh of relief that he did not have to deal with a feline with a diabolical disposition.
Back at the office (because mommy had lots of work to do) Girl was let out of her carrier.
Meanwhile, a short update on Belle. She was lethargic prior the visit to the vet. Always sleeping and hiding in the shoe rack.
It was so cute. She doesn't go into the shoe rack anymore (at the moment) and is happily running around the neighborhood.
Meanwhile, Girl is all shiny and sweet smelling and ready to celebrate her second Chinese New Year with mommy and Belle. Last year was Girl's first Chinese New Year with mommy.
