Friday I stepped in right before visiting mum. I ordered two sets of onsen eggs (1 set is 2 eggs). It took 15 minutes for them to serve my order. But only one order arrived.
I sounded out to the server that there is one more order. He acknowledged me and I assumed that he was going to get the second set. My coffee was still not served.
Five minutes after the eggs were served (ie 20 minutes from time of order) my ice Cappuccino came to the table. It reminded me of Milo Dinosaur hah..hah... I'm afraid the coffee was diluted and not good >.<
I waited for the second set of onsen eggs. After 5 minutes, I got up, requested for cancellation of the order and paid for what I was served.
I am very forgiving. Monday I was there for the promo breakfast. I opted for ice Latte but a hot one was served. So I pointed it out to the server who took it back and served me the correct order.
Oh dear, the Latte was so lacking in coffee (too much milk) and tasted quite awful. I could not finish my drink.
So I am taking a break from Halla Holla. The boss is busy with the opening of a new outlet at Nu Empire, Subang and DJ outlet seems to be regressing. So. Bye!

Good morning π
ReplyDeleteHave the staff in holla holla changed? Not the same people from last year?
Thank you for showing us around starling mall. So sad that salad atelier left. I wonder are they still open in Sri Petaling. Malatang also not for me as I cannot eat spicy π₯΅ food
ReplyDeleteHave a good day πΉ
Happy weekend tomorrow π
Hi dear friend, thank you for the photo tour.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds to me like the wait staff either do not write down the customer order or they don't pay attention.
The fact that it was not busy says something at least to me that perhaps they are making more mistakes on orders than yours. Not only that, if they are watering down coffee and other drinks they will definitely lose clientele.
Oh dear, what happened? They should know not to piss off their no. 1 customer...lol! I remember you love the coffees and pastries/sandwiches here. That's the thing, sometimes owners expand too fast and when they've more than 1 outlet to take care of, they can't focus. That's why I've always preferred those single restaurants where the owner can be fully committed.
ReplyDeleteHuh, still got new Subway outlets opening? (I thought it'd be more like closing...kekeke!). On the subject of Subway, it reminds me of the Subway Guy, the paedophile. Incidentally, I'm now just watching the documentary Jared from Subway: Catching a Monster (on Astro). I mean I knew about him but has never watched the documentary. Monster is the right term for him...it's the most despicable, preying on innocent children.
Poor service really a turn-off. Do they have customer feedback service? I would complaint kaw kaw for this coz i dislike wasting time for something tht did not arrive.
