Back in 2023 I had Roast Beef Sandwich at Red Kettle. I was not happy with the sandwich (because it was corned rather than roasted beef).
Of late, I noted that many dishes (some I disliked in the past) have improved (eg their Chicken Bakar N Rice).
So why not I give their Roasted Corned Beef Sandwich another chance? At least this time, the description on the menu clearly stated corned beef.
Wah! That looks good.
But first, my favorite coffee, the ice Classic Cappuccino. Ahhhhh..... a real pick me up!
Now, the sandwich proper.
The bread was nicely toasted, crispy outside and absolutely fluffy inside. I wonder how they do that. The corned beef is not of the canned kind but proper corned beef.
Besides fries, this sandwich was served with a small serving of salad.
I loved this sandwich so much that I had it again on datenite.
My partner was not in favor of my choice because he thinks that sandwich is not proper for dinner. He insisted that I get the Oyster Blade Steak. Haiz! hah...hah...
This was my partner's Fish & Chips. He has ordered this a few times already which means that he loves it.
The Fish & Chips was served with tartar sauce and mashed peas.
Well, I was very happy with my sandwich.
Look at that! Yummy corned beef!
Ah! What's that? My partner was curious about the Pistachio Dirty Latte as it is still being promoted. So I suggested we get one to share.
Needless to say, just like me, my partner was very impressed with this dirty latte. If only the Pistachio milk is unsweetened it would be perfect.

Oh, today is the hottest we have had so far this Spring here in Montreal. It is 28 Celsius! I am sweating! I already have my air conditioner ready to go, but I won't use it just yet, as the rest of the week is supposed to be in the lower 20s, which is much more comfortable for me! I know that many people are surprised that we get this kind of heat here in Canada, but we sure do! As I mentioned in my comment on your last post, the two hottest months are usually July and August! We have had temperatures as high as 40 and a bit higher, so you can imagine that if I find 28 hot, how I am when it is over 30 and 40! The thing is, we get a lot of humidity here...and then once the wildfires start, our air quality is so bad that we are warned to either stay indoors and keep our windows closed and if we do go out, to wear a mask and do not stay out in it for long!
