I air fried two steaks at the same time.
One for that day and the other for another day. Oh yes, there are people who pre-cook their steaks and I am taking a leaf from their book.
I fried some eggs too.
Oh ya. These were the Penguin Taste kimchi that are available at Aeon, 1 Utama.
They do Thai sauces as well.
This was the vegan & vegetarian kimchi that I bought. It's the same price as the regular kimchi.

Back to my dinner.
I also added chopped garlic and cili padi for some excitement. So that was Sunday OMAD kautim!

DeleteAre there kimchi that are non-spicy at all but with only savoury and sweet taste since you eat it very frequently? Have to look for them in NTUC and Sheng Siong (SG) supermarkets. Enjoying the Labour Day Public Holiday. Polling day is on this Saturday so another Public Holiday again, hee hee.
ReplyDeleteHad toasts with kaya, butter, two soft boiled eggs and my caffeine this morning. Lunch was salmon belly with white rice, baked potatoes with bits of ham and mayo. The same one same one, yet filling and satisfying. I don't like the feeling of being too hungry or too full/boated !
Now enjoying my Me-time with Aircon and full blast fan. Hee hee. How's weather in M'sia?
Yes, there are kimchi which are not spicy. Some are also sweet which kimchi is not supposed to be. I love public holidays hee...hee....
