I don't know why these are called Cowboy Cookies and according to Joy of Baking, these are also known as Ranger Cookies, Kitchen Sink Cookies (what a name!) and Everything Cookies.

I spotted Robataya shortly after it opened at 1 Utama and I thought it had a very Japanese look. On one of our dinner dates, my brother and I went over just to check the menu with a view to a future visit.
