So. I posted my 30 Day Carnivore Challenge since 01-08-2022 which ended 30-08-2022. And now I must confess.

30 Day Carnivore Challenge : Day #30

It looked like yesterday I did not have to stay late at the office after all. The auditors told me to "go home first. We will have the figures ready for you first thing tomorrow morning".

Last Sunday I attempted  a food prep for the coming week.

Today I went for my weekly Sunday morning walk with my partner. I was very energetic and had no trouble keeping up with my lahling.

I thought that I might do an OMAD today but I decided against it. I most likely have to stay late at the office owing to a pending statutory submission that has to be done latest by end of this month.

I had pork chops for lunch today and they were so delicious. I was quite hungry in spite of yesterday's very heavy dinner.

Today is another OMAD day. Last night's beef tendon soup proved to be very filling. I was stuffed to the brim and therefore was not hungry at all come lunchtime.

Today I did not bring any food from home. I wasn't sure if I would be hungry or not.

Today I totally terlupa to take photo of my lunch. It wasn't anything exciting anyway, just a plain onion omelette.

Today lunch was the same old boring air fryer steak from home. Cold steak is definitely not delicious but that will have to do. Better than me picking up stuff from the chap fan shop.

Today is exactly 3 weeks into my carnivore way of eating. This morning my partner and I went for our weekly morning walk at Taman Botani.

Today I spent 2.5 hours waiting for my meat delivery. I hate waiting for deliveries especially when the supplier is not so efficient.

I had steaks again today. Yesterday evening I discovered that I had another piece of ribeye from Feast Market in the freezer.

This morning I woke up hungry which is unusual for me. I think it is because last night's dinner was not adequate.

My lunch today was a sirloin steak. Unfortunately for me, this particular cut of steak was sourced from another supplier, which I shall not name because it was not good.

Today I ate only one meal - dinner. Yesterday's food was very dense and filling. I just was not hungry during the earlier part of the day.

Today being Sunday, I decided to be a bit fancy. In fact I was so adventurous I experimented with roasted pork belly.

Today I am very proud of myself heh..heh.. I skipped lunch because I did not feel hungry. Essentially I am doing one meal a day (OMAD). Just for today lah. Cannot tahan everyday.

Today is officially the first day of my challenge. Yesterday was the kick off and interestingly, I was stuffed and satiated the whole day. I did not have to eat dinner.
