I was at The Salad Bar again. Am I boring you? My original intention was to eat at Lohas, a cafe that serves organic vegetarian food. You see, I wanted to do penance for overindulging at a buffet the day before. What buffet? The buffet served during a conference. Yes, I'm all about the food. Conference and seminars means food and more food.

After my so-so lunch at The Salad Bar last year, I decided to visit again after my partner passed their flyer to me. Apparently he was walking past the cafe when the lady boss and her staff were distributing the leaflets.

Ranch Dressing

I am forever thinking of ways to finish up my buttermilk. Again, I had some leftover buttermilk and I remembered a recipe for Ranch Dressing. If I am not mistaken, the Southwestern Egg Rolls at Chilis is served with Ranch Dressing. I love that dip! You will see me poking my egg roll into that little vial of dip, trying to get at every drop.

A Birthday Lunch
