I cooked two slabs of pork belly at once. One for immediate consumption while the other was for the next day.
I know my choice of meat is scary to some people.
This is how pork belly should be - fatty!
At Aeon I picked up the vegan & vegetarian version of kimchi. No particular reason, just to try it.
This vegan/vegetarian version uses seaweed instead of fish sauce.
The kimchi was good, just as tasty as the regular version. That was a meal that made me very happy.
I agree that anything with eggs taste good π― ππ€€

DeleteAhhhh, that is what vegan and vegetarian kimchi meant. Without using fish sauce but seaweed. Great that it tasted as good. I also had eggs this morning, runny fried egg.
