These days Sunday, I tend to eat only one meal. No particular reason, just that it is convenient.
I was at Hanks the other day and I was looking for fatty cuts of pork. Look at the pork belly. Hardly any fat. Haiz!
These mini ones have more fat content.
New protocol. Garlic cloves under the meal tray.
Meat on top, skin side down.
End result, very tasty meat with garlic infused pork fat and browned garlic cloves.
Kimchi and sauerkraut are now a permanent accompaniment to my meaty meals.
This was a Sunday OMAD consisting of burger patties, fried eggs and kimchi. It was so good hee..hee...
Ah, good that you can eat Omad on Sundays. π

DeleteI am trying my best to eat OMAD this coming Sunday hee hee. But I guess I CMI (cannot make it) and may have bf (breakfast) or a light dinner lol.
ReplyDeleteIt takes some practice to be able to eat one meal a day. So don't rush into it LOL!
