Honey Soy Chicken Wings

I still have quite a bit of the Nando's Peri-Peri Honey & Soy sauce left since using the sauce to marinate some chicken chops.

So last Sunday I got a packet of chicken mid-wings. I just simply poured the sauce and mixed with the mid-wings and left the whole lot to marinate for something like one hour.

Then it was off to the air fryer to cook at 180C for about 16 minutes.

Five minutes before the wings were done, I used a teaspoon to drizzle some sauce onto each wing and continued cooking.

This was the end product.

I know what you are saying. Only 9 mid-wings? Where got enough for PH! hee...hee...

Well, it was enough. Just nice actually. Since I was doing two meals.

For my second meal, this was my usual pork belly bites and garlic.

These I ate with radish kimchi and a sprinkling of garlic and chili padi .

I also had some rice (at the bottom of my container) and that made for a very satisfying dinner.

A bit later I had some kefir and two strawberries.

    1. My favorite part too! These days I only look for mid wing. I suppose if you had to buy the whole wing, it's still all right, you eat the mid wings and your boys eat the drummets LOL!
