What To Do With Leftover Nando's Chicken?

When I roasted half a chicken the other day, I ate the leg and  ended up with leftovers. Besides I also had leftover roasted vegetables.

The last time I went up to A Foodie's Nest@The Starling, I tried Kom's By Kompassion which has since closed down. Business at this food court has picked up a bit since I last visited but I can't say that it is bustling.

After I bought a bottle of Nando's Peri-Peri Sauce and made my own Nando's chicken, I went on to buy another two bottles - the Lemon and Herb and Garlic.

After I discovered Theori Food@Damansara Uptown, I decided to take short a break from my DIY lunch prep. Let's face it, it's always great to have food cooked and packed for you.
