When I shared my morning lunch prep, some of you commented that the portion size is quite small and if I would be full with such a modest lunch. Well.....it depends.
If I had an ample breakfast, I'm good with a small lunch. But yesterday, I had a light breakfast. Although I was satiated after lunch, a few hours later I got hungry. And if I am hungry, I eat. After all, I'm not on a strict diet or anything like that.
So.............

Kopi o ais kosong to keep me awake after my second lunch.
This is bliss I tell you. I think I ought to bring some healthy snacks to keep me happy should I get peckish in the afternoon.
Just in case you are wondering, I skipped dinner that evening since I was still quite full from this glorious (second) lunch (or tea break). Sort of justifying for that wonton mee indulgence heh...heh....

Yes, I was Annie-1, my favorite hangout hee..hee... You can add 1/2 noodle or 1 noodle for a larger serving. I have added 1/2 noodles before when I was very hungry.

ReplyDeleteI usually munch on snack if I am hungry in the afternoon like tomato cherries, biscuits and chips. Lately I develop taste for keropok. Children snack. Lol.

ReplyDeleteYou know what, i pernah makan nasi kukus ayam goreng berempah, and i rasa sambal dia exactly rasa macam chili jeruk yg diblend then add and a bit sugar, sedap sangat.
