Tasty Meaty Lamb Chops

On Monday after completing my chores (and feeling very satisfied with my achievement) I prepared lunch.

I defrosted my last packet of lamb chops the day before. I took the lamb chops out from the fridge and let stand for about an hour to come to room temperature.

The lamb chops were cooked in the air fryer at 200C for about 12 minutes. These days I don't bother to line the air fryer basket because I get better browning this way.

Besides this saves money on the baking paper and I avoid the chemicals from the non-stick baking paper. Sure, washing up can be a chore but it is not that bad.

I basically pour the fats/liquids into an oil pot lined with a plastic bag and wash the air fryer basket as soon as I finish my meal. It is easier to wash when the fats are still in liquid form. 

Oh wow! These lamb chops were so tasty. I ate them with store bought kimchi.

I also had a mug of chicken broth.

The broth was gelatinous and jiggly straight out from the fridge.

I just steamed the broth for 10 minutes. Very nice have warm broth accompanying a meal.

Auntie Girl interacts quite well with her nieces.

She continues to be buddies with Kittie Kat but sometimes they fight >.<

Lately I found that Girl is very heavy. She put on weight. I bet she has been eating carbohydrates. I think some nice neighbors gave her treats.

TuTu continues to be adorable.
