Sunday we did not go grocery shopping because Aeon opened at 1:00 pm due to Hari Raya. We prefer shopping earlier.
We did our grocery run on Friday after dinner at Ke Ren Lai.
Come lunch time, I took my own sweet time to prepare my meal.
As usual, cooked in the air fryer.
Same with the steak, The air fryer is my best friend.
This was my first meal of the day and I ate lunch at a more normal time at around 12.00 pm.
I had some pre-cooked minced beef in the fridge so I cooked minced beef omelette.
This seems to be my favorite omelette.
I ate the omelette with rice and kimchi later for dinner.
As usual, my omelette comes out in pieces hah...hah...
I was flipping through Netflix's library and I decided to watch the BTS comeback concert. I know that BTS is a sensation but I am not into K-pop but who knows I might like it.
I won't say that I was not entertained. Their songs are very catchy and coupled with slick dance moves, their performance is exciting.
Many girls (and even the aunties) are crazy over the BTS young men but you all know how I feel about Korean heartthrobs.
Let's just leave it at that. So I switched to Emergency NYC. That's more my thing.
Dear PH, I also like to shop earlier. Here in Canada, the day after Christmas (Boxing Day) and the day after New Year, the stores only open at 1 p.m. as well. The rest of the week they open between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., depending on the store and what the owner wants to do and the amount of staff they have.

Oh so it is the same over at your end! The store I go to opens 9:00 am on normal days. They used to open at 10.00 am and I was very pleased when they decided to open an hour earlier. When I was small I watched a lot of Tom & Jerry cartoons! Yes, Jerry is the mouse and he is cute and a mischief LOL!

DeleteI have the same sentiments as you with regards to K Pop young heartrobs/flower boys. Nonetheless I would also say the BTS concert can be very entertaining with slick dance moves etc. You are so clever to watch the concert in your home sweet home and home safe π π‘ home.

DeleteAll the veggies like Brussels sprouts and kimchi and the garlics are very healthy which I like but not the red meat such as the steak, hee hee. I like your omelette with onions, kimchi and rice. Omelettes is a very flexible and versatile dish, you can cook it with all kinds of meat such as oysters, pork, beef and prawns etc. Have anyone tried cooking it with minced mutton or chicken? Lol.
