Well. I have bought a Christmas present for me and now I shall buy a birthday present for me heh...heh...
I had been eyeing this cute blender (available in 6 colors) for a while.
Every time I walk past the La Gourmet shop at The Starling, I stop to gaze lovingly at the blender (and other stuff, my eyes are naughty).
There is also an air fryer with a glass basket and I may consider it when my current air fryer konks off.
One fine day, I walked into the shop to take a look at the blender.
When I made up my mind, I had my Maybank Treatpoints checked. And guess what? After conversion, my points totaled RM138.60 and I had to only pay a balance of RM0.40. Woohoo!
I bought this blender not to make juice but for making butter coffee. Or maybe a kefir/yogurt smoothie.
There is also a plastic cover for the mug. Now I have to buy Kopi O powder to make coffee. I don't want to use those coffee sachets to avoid microplastics.
I love ❤️ your green π blender set. Wonderful quote, dear friend. I hope you have a lovely relaxing weekend π π
ReplyDeleteThank you, Linda! I am relaxing as I am recovering from a cold.
DeleteMy fav colour is green too! ;) Ya, I wouldn't make fruit juice either since the sugar content is way higher than in eating whole fruits....but not butter coffee either...hah..hah.
ReplyDeleteOh! There you go, another similarity! hah..hah... You might like butter coffee, who knows. It tastes much like latte.
DeleteWah, 40 cents is such a good price ππ yay π₯³π
ReplyDeleteHehehehe now we have the same blender same colour
Ah, U reminded me to check my points. I think some of my points may have expired since long time I didn't use them.
Cold butter coffee is yummy π€€
Enjoy your weekend! π⬛ Say hi to ah boi for me. Thanks π»
Yes, I saw your blender in one of your post :) Ah Boi says hi back and we say hi to BoiBoi. LOL!
DeleteMy favourite colour is green π π© But you probably know this by how my blog looks.
ReplyDeleteAh yes! But I didn't think of it being your favorite color but now I know!
DeleteHee hee, no need to wait for Christmas or birthdays to buy ourselves a gift, everyday is a gift day if we feel like it. Remember? Self love. But am glad your blender looks so pretty and is such a good deal. Good that you had thought of what to make with the blender. I have no favourite colour, every colour is pretty in their own way. And I seldom do work for my food cos (1) I have no time (2) I find it "leh chey" lol ! Ahhh, butter coffee got me very curious, sounds tasty but is it very oily?
ReplyDeletehah...hah... yes, as long as budget allows and also need to think if the gift will be put to good use and not used just once and then will collect dust. True also that cooking can be "leh chey" but it also depends on our mood.
DeleteEnjoy your weekends dear.
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying my weekend, thank you!
