This is my minced beef cheesebake topped with beef pastrami, pickled cucumber slices, sliced Jalapenos and lots of grated cheese.
It was so delicious. Not that I am blowing my own trumpet.
But I cannot eat this too often. Cheese is very addictive and contain carbohydrates.

Good morning! Or should I say good afternoon. Just woke up from my sleep and had a refreshing shower. Happy to read your post. Yes, it is very wise for you to try to skip alcohol as everybody knows alcohol can cause cancer and it destroys the DNA in our body. The chicken holding the beer looks cute and amusing. Something to brighten up the city life.

DeleteI had kway chap for lunch. I ordered two kways with pork belly, braised egg and salted vegetables. It was good and costed S$5.
