Beef and Veggie Bowl

Now that I have found my favorite meal combo which is so easy to cook, I cook it very often.

This time I used more variety of veggies - broccoli, tomatoes, red capsicum and mushrooms.

I filled up the pan with as much veggies that it could contain.

The three thin slices of sirloin steak go on top.

The roasted veggies are beautiful.

The steaks, not so pretty hah...hah...

Slice the steak and mix everything up (with some salt and pepper).

I couldn't take better photos because it was going to rain. No natural light.

I transferred everything from the plate to my glass container (for storage). Later I ate the whole thing while watching Law & Order : Special Victims Unit

I wished I could do this but it would not be polite LOL!

  2. If 3 slices of meat went into your plate....then wow! :O If some were saved, then good coz 3 slices of beef in one meal is costly. Now I'm in love with your carnivore way of eating coz there are loads of roasted veggies which I love, love, love! ;) P/S: Come to think of it, my Cookie has hissed at me before...but not my sweet Poppy....yet! Lol!

    1. Thanks! I think our cats don't hiss at us as they know we are the ones who look after them.

  4. Oh. I like this bowl. Red meat for that iron and balanced up with the greens.

  5. I have not seen my foster daughter cat hiss at anyone. She would be the one who avoid or run when seeing stranger or in incomfortable situation.
